Your german roots are starting to take over, Peter. Before you know it, you'll be brewing your own beer too ;)

Göran Söderström

Peter doesnt drink beer, it's carbs in that ;-)

So Peter, tell me: what is the skin made of?

Peter Bruhn

Natural intestine (fjälster) from lamb :-) All natural and good for the human body.

Mårten

He, he. Nice Peter! The "Royal" Bruhn family. I can't help thinking of "the good old day's":

We watched that before we got started – just to get the right Royal touch to the sausage.

Next move is to make our own salami, and let it hang to dry.

Where can you find a hot dog bun that long to match the sausage? ;-)

Peter Bruhn

No problem since I don't eat bread :)

Mike

That sausage looks great!!

There is no comparison between store bought and homemade. Plus you can make great ethnic sausages that are all but impossible to find.

Good luck with the salami project. I plan on trying to make some dry cured sausage myself this fall.
