Grüner Veltliner

Grüner Veltliner is a nice wine. My parents neighbour and his wife own a vacation apartement in the heart of the Grüner Veltliner area in Austria (Österreich). He decided to make his own wine and named it after himself – Sören. I helped with the label, trying to get it to look like an old classic (70s) wine label. The image of the village was painted by my dad.

I got some bottles and I can tell you – Sören was an exceptional good Grüner Veltliner.

Probably the best copy ever!

A few days ago I bought a book from 1978. The swedish brewery Pripps celebrated their 150 years in existence with a book showing off facilities, ads, labels etc. It's here I found the best few lines ever written about beer and soda.
