I'm really glad you're doing this. There are really only five (each very different) interpretations of Didot: Linotype's, Hoefler's, URW's, Porchez's, and Optimo's Didot Elder.

I don't think I will try to do a faithful interpretation. More something in the lines of Lubalin, DeSpinga & Carnase.
