Noah - the typeface.

Please stop me someone!
I have a lot of stuff that I need to finish. And what do I do instead?
Answer: I start sketching on a typeface I've had in mind for years. A dutch inspired Garamont, or something similar...

Ah, so romatic – Nebiolo Studio

A few weeks ago I got myself a Nebiolo Specimen book. I've been wanting one for years. Even though it is the most expensive type sample I ever bought, I still think it was worth it.

Just look at this picture from inside their type design studio. Maybe of of the men in the picture is Novarese?!

Jag må han Leva!

Swedish health lifestyle magazine Leva, uses Corpus Gothic in the magazine. They also use is for their logo, with a modified lowercase "l".

South does a roundtrip

A few years back i made a custom type for music organisation Musik i Syd. I named the typeface South.

I've been planning for it's commercial release, and I thought that day would be soon. Until I opened up the files in Fontlab. Suddenly I see the curves much clearer, and realise there's some fixes that needs to be done. Here are some images of the modifications, the lowercase "g" needs some more work.

The chinese restaurant on the corner of our building has been there as long as I can remember (mid 80's). IT's been serving bad food and hosting alcoholics for more than 20 years. But things have changed – new owners are about to turn it into a place that serves "Exotic Indian Cousine". While fixing the place up they revealed some old store signage. Look at that big "space" between the words.

Niver I tell you – NIVER!

Someone in Gothenburg don't like the EU, and decided to re-arrange the signs for the local museum.
