Cyanid spices

I went food shopping yesterday, and finally found a spices that I'd been looking for – "Five Spices".
Looking at the package I found one ingredient that made me a bit confused.

Should I really use this in my cooking & will I ( & the guests) live to see the next day?

New baby on it's way

En ny tillökning i vår familj väntas. Den 3 april är datumet satt till, men om man ser till de tre andra barnen så kommer nog det här lilla livet lagom till Lottas födelsedag den 14:e.
